I have been painting since before I left school in 1969. Having done various jobs and painting in my spare time, the opportunity to paint full time came in 1980, working in the fields of interior decoration and antique restoration. Since moving to a more rural area I have had the time and the inspirational environment to encourage me to concentrate on canvas painting which gives me the opportunity to pick the subjects and styles I wish to explore. I mainly paint in oil on canvas or wood. The subjects are often taken from local East Sussex scenery. I also like to paint more abstract subjects.

SHOP
	The shop pages have works of art available for sale. These paintings can be purchased by credit card via a secure link provided by Paypal, and will be dispatched within 2 working days from receipt of payment (using 1st class Royal Mail recorded delivery). Commissions for canvases can be arranged online, and commissions for interior design and decorative work on site will be accepted in the South East of England, primarily Kent and Sussex.
PRINTS
	The prints are fine art “giclee” prints; the ink is pigment ink with an expected fastness of 100 years, printed on archival quality substrate. Most of the images on this site can be reproduced in a variety of sizes. The prints are supplied with a mount and framed or just mounted.
GREETINGS CARDS
	The Greetings cards are reproductions of my artwork. some are of paintings, some are of paintings that have been further developed digitally, some are generated on the computer, one or two are photographs I have taken. The cards can be purchased using the secure Paypal shopping cart.
GRAPHICS
	The Graphic-art and design page shows examples Including brochures, cards, invitations, architectural plans, landscape plans & drawings.
ANIMALS
	Pet portraits including cat and dog paintings; farm animals including sheep, cattle, chickens and pigs, painted in artist's oil on canvas or board; wild animals (these are mostly older paintings in acrylic paint on board, some in a surreal style, the animals being part of the composition, not the main subject).
